How Health Probe works in real life
The Provider accesses and reviews the patient’s electronic chart for a few moments, then examines the patient. Findings, orders, diagnoses are entered and prescriptions are printed with a click of the pen or mouse.
Interviewer makes a new transaction for the patient, enters vital signs, determines and enters the chief complaint, selects the appropriate template and clicks appropriate items.
